Not enough time to validate your project? In just five days we redesign and validate a solution.

Talk with us before running your development sprint. With a Design Sprint, a process created by Google Ventures designers, in just 5 days we meet yours and your users’ needs, prototype and validate, giving you the confidence to move forward with your project.

Identify Problems

Our team will help you identifying the challenges and needs of your project. We’ll map out the problem, analyse and pick an important area to focus.

Explore Different Solutions

In this fase there are no wrong answers. Through brainstorming and sketching exercises we’ll explore different approaches to your problem. In the end, we’ll select one or two to be tested.

Rapid and Functional Prototypes

Our team will quickly create an interactive prototype (for desktop, smartphone or tablet) to validate your solution. It’s not supposed to be perfect, but functional and appear real to the users.

Test Your Prototypes

In our state-of-the-art research studio, we will test the prototype with 5 users and learn from their feedback. You can watch the test sessions live in our observation room. In the end, we’ll discuss the results and you’ll know the best path to follow.

5 days of innovation to transform for your business.

Avoid the months you would spend brainstorming and designing a product, only to find out if it works after launching it. In just a week, with a Design Sprint you’ll get clear data from the product and the users’ reactions to it.

  • Day 1

    Understand

At the start of the sprint, we focus entirely in understanding and mapping the problem.

In the afternoon, we involve the main stakeholders in the project and decide the problem we want to solve.

  • Day 2

    Diverge

The second day is exploratory, generating many ideas. In the afternoon, we’ll sketch them in greater detail, focusing on critical thinking. We’ll also define the recruitment profile for day 5.

  • Day 3

    Decide

We’ll critique the ideas sketched the day before and decide which one will be tested. In the afternoon, we’ll make a detailed storyboard with all the interactions.

  • Day 4

    Prototype

This day is dedicated to building a quick and semi-functional prototype. We’ll prepare the usability tests of the next day and write the interview script.

  • Day 5

    Validate

The last day is completely dedicated to testing the prototype with 5 users. At the end of the day, in a debriefing we’ll identify the iteration points.
